131 miles with the prettiest between Cripple Creek and Canon City


Closer to Canon City with cliffs, rock formations and steep drop offs.

The Gold Belt Byway becomes more remote and rugged closer to Canon City.


Quiet enough to hear the flap of a birds wings.
